P-POD 2017 COSTS AND RATES.
(A) “FINAL” REGISTRATION RATES for May 18-20, 2017 conference (without housing)
In each case, a person may add $18 to the rates below, for an optional arrival-meal: either Thurs. 12:10 – 1:25 pm for “full” registrants and for “short” registrants skipping Saturday…. or Thurs. 5:30 – 6:35 pm for “short” registrants skipping Thurs. afternoon.
FULL CONFERENCE (17.25 to 17.5 hours of continuing education activity) = Thurs. 1:30 pm to Sat 12:35 pm (followed by included Farewell Luncheon)
SHORT CONFERENCE (13.5 to 13.75 hours of continuing education activity) = either Thurs. 1:30 pm – Fri. 5:55 pm (then included dinner + party) or Thurs. 6:45 pm – Sat 12:35 pm (then included Farewell Luncheon)

(B) DAILY CAMPUS PARKING FEES for May 18-20, 2017 conference
The University of New Mexico requires all vehicles parked on campus to have a pass which is valid for the specific day parked, and they charge $8/day for visitors. If you will need to use a vehicle on campus, you may book parking passes during registration, so that we will reserve them for you in advance.
Campus parking pass for any 2 days: $16
Campus parking pass for any 3 days: $24
If you will need parking passes for any other number of days, you should arrange this by contacting us.
(C) HOUSING RATES for walkable campus apartments for May 18-20, 2017 conference
You may arrange your own off-campus housing, as described on our Travel 2017 page, but you will have an option through P-POD registration to book walking-distance campus apartments. An apartment has 2 or 3 private lockable bedrooms for individual registrants, plus shared kitchen, bathroom and living room. [Beds are the usual size for college campuses, best described as “twin” as opposed to king or queen.] Different P-POD registrants may mutually choose to share an apartment, or else we can randomly assign other gender-compatible (as defined by you) persons to share your apartment.
By default, Thurs. plus Fri. nights would be booked for apartment use. You may choose to add Weds. night or Sat. night during registration. Any other variations of dates would need to be arranged by contacting us.
HOUSING CHARGES WILL BE DUE TO BE PAID BY APRIL 26, 2017, UNLIKE OTHER REGISTRATION CHARGES WHICH ARE DUE TO BE PAID VIA CHECK OR CREDIT CARD OR PAYPAL WHEN YOU REGISTER. THOSE REGISTERING AFTER APR. 26 SHOULD PAY EVERYTHING WHEN REGISTERING.

$89/night for you (no tax added; will have no increase after “Early Bird” time)
