ABOUT THE PLANT-BASED PREVENTION OF DISEASE CONFERENCE COMING UP IN MAY!

Kathy Pollard, MS writes:  I often think that if people in our society understood how powerful an effect our daily eating habits have on our health, most just wouldn’t believe it.  And because most health practitioners are not familiar with treating disease with a whole food, plant-based diet, they have not seen the results, and are not in a position to apply it as a treatment for disease.

Eating this way offers sustainable control of blood sugar, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, cardiovascular and metabolic disorders like diabetes, and many cancers.  If this treatment could be made into a pill, it would be the number one prescription for everything!  But ,it cannot be minimized into a pill.  It is a dietary practice that needs to be adopted into a lifestyle with which most physicians are unfamiliar.  And that is why we are lucky to have this annual offering of the P-POD conference bringing both practitioners and laypeople together, to learn of the extraordinary effects of the simple practice of eating.

This event has not only changed the way doctors practice medicine, but also transformed many lives.  I hope you consider joining us.
